Je bent in flow.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hoe kom je in flow als je presenteert?<\/strong><br \/>De Hongaarse wetenschapper Mihaly Czikszentmihalyi doet ruim 30 jaar onderzoek naar flow onder sporters, kunstenaars, huisvrouwen en onder lopende band medewerkers. Flow vergroot je focus, intrinsieke motivatie, leervermogen, zelfvertrouwen en prestaties. Flow maakt gelukkig!<\/p>\n<p>Je hebt volgens Mihaly Czikszentmihalyide de volgende condities nodig om flow te ervaren:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7      Als de uitdagingen en vaardigheden hoger dan gemiddeld zijn en je buiten jouw comfort zone wordt geduwd.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7      Als je iets doet wat je zinvol en leuk vindt.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7      Als je een helder doel en grip op de voorbereiding hebt. <\/p>\n<p>\u00b7      Als je directe feedback krijgt op wat je doet.<\/p>\n<p>Spreken voor groepen voldoet aan al deze condities. Dus: <em>Feel the fear and do it anyway!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Als jij in flow presenteert, vergroot je automatisch je presence: Je bent volledig in het moment. Het contact met jezelf en met het publiek is in balans. <\/p>\n<p>Soms neemt de spanning de overhand, zodat je tijdens je presentatie van alles ervaart (hoge hartslag, koud zweet) behalve flow. Om de spanning de baas te blijven, begeleiden we sprekers regelmatig tot in de coulissen, zoals hier bij Peninah Nthenya tijdens TEDx Amsterdam. (foto) Met een paar oefeningen helpen we ze om gefocust en dichtbij zichzelf te blijven.
